Limited is based in Guernsey in The British Channel Islands located 30 miles / 50 kms off the north west coast of France and 100 miles / 160 kms off the southern coast of the United Kingdom. Due to our unique position we can offer all US Domestic & Export models of Davis products for sale anywhere in the world. All products are shipped direct from California* where they are manufactured.

Guernsey is part of the British Isles but outside the United Kingdom (UK) & the European Union (EU), but have a special relationship with the EU under which Guernsey is part of the Customs territory of the Community. However other EU Community rules do not apply & there is no local sales tax (VAT) in The Channel Islands. We show all prices in US$ only. When placing an order your invoice can be paid by credit card or bank wire transfer in US$. We do not normally invoice in UK Sterling or Euros. CCSI is a Limited company in Guernsey for 10 years in Guernsey and in the UK for 27 years. However in the Autumn / Fall of 2005 CCSI will transfer most of our business operations to Guernsey & Tampere (Viiala)Finland. John Dance is the Chief General Manager and heads up a team in St. Peter Port and California USA. A local support office near Tunbridge Wells in Kent UK will operate from July 2005. CCSI have ISP / I.T. support staff & an engineer based in Palm Desert California. Technical & Training staff are based in Spain, and Guatemala City (for Latin American clients). CCSI offers support and have close ties with sales & engineering teams in Venezuela, Russia, Sweden, Finland, Dubai and many of our Automotive Representatives & Re sellers around the world.

John Dance set up CCSI in 1978 in Kent UK after setting up & operating Kent Car Telephones in the South East of England, becoming a very successful Nokia Cellphone distributor in the mid 1980's. John also worked in senior sales & marketing positions for Xerox, Canon, Kodak, Storno-Motorola, Answercall-Vodafone Wiggins Teape Paper & James Burn Int'l, before setting up CCSI and later switching to Safety & Fleet Management products. In 1994 CCSI started selling Davis Automotive & WeatherStation products. CCSI have a close working relationship with Davis Instruments since 1994 and continue to be one of their leading worldwide distributors. CCSI are the only Davis Int'l distributor that arrange both sales & tech training for CCSI world agents & clients on a regular basis.

CCSI C.I. Limited - www.carchip.co.uk operates 12 hour a day, 7 days a week & can offer advice via email or phone (at a pre confirmed time) on all aspects of setting up & operating your CarChip or DriveRight hardware or software. Our own contract engineers & sales trainers can also assist clients worldwide. CCSI have been an established Davis automotive distributor since 1992.

CCSI will pledge to match or undercut any competitors prices, subject to certain conditions. But CCSI also adhere to the manufacturers MAPP. (Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy)
